There is no doubt in my mind that God exists and He is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. God has the finality to every situation and issue. There is no one as powerful as God. This must be understood by any mortal human being, the handiwork of God.
Who is that traditional overlord in Ghana, going about with chest puffed out, saying he is mightier than anyone and also, above the laws of the land, hence whatever he says goes? Who is that traditional overlord in Ghana that the fact that all the politicians bow down to him, seek his blessings, yield in to his manipulating cajoling, makes him think he is God? Who is that traditional overlord that Ghanaian judges are scared of him to the point of doing his wishes, however preposterous and illegal they are?
Let that traditional overlord understand that he will scuttle away like a frightened dog with its tail tugged in-between its legs, seeking a place to hide, the day that the angel of death will visit him, but he will find none. That is when he will realise that all his machismo is nothing but vanity.
Those aiding and abetting crime to ensure that the said traditional overlord has his way in everything, despite being guilty of his actions, will equally pay the price when the wrath of God comes bearing ominously on them.
Why can’t people in positions of responsibility and trust tell the truth but lies? Why are those from whom we expect better, end up aiding criminals? Why should the people in whom we have trust to lead us, subjugate themselves to the wickedness of a single supposedly traditional overlord?
I pray God to prove that He is God, to make nonsense the power and glory the said traditional overlord, criminal by any sense of the word, is arrogating to himself. All his accomplices, whoever they are, whether in government, the judiciary, chieftaincy, etc., must suffer the generational tormenting curse of God.
Why should the politicians side with one person, for the fact of he being a traditional overlord, to the detriment of the teeming suffering Kumawuman citizens? If I had my own way, I will plead with God to hasten to prove to all such crooks that He is God and there is no one as powerful as He.
For the attention of all discerning Ghanaians, the law states that “Fraud vitiates all contracts”, meaning, ” No judgment of a court, no order of a Minister, can be allowed to stand if it has been obtained by fraud. Fraud unravels everything. The court is careful not to find fraud unless it is distinctly pleaded and proved; but once it is proved, it vitiates judgments, contracts and all transactions whatsoever…”
This is all that I can say with regard to the ongoing Kumawu chieftaincy dispute where it is alleged that falsification of documents of some sort had taken place.
As a vessel of God, I shall fight on in defence of Kumawuman, the land of my birth, until He, God, directs me differently or otherwise. Why should I allow anyone to tie my hands behind me because they are powerful traditional overlords or are politicians? Is it because of being scared of death or what?
I shall continue resisting the crooks until they flee or do the right thing. We should not as Ghanaians sit by while a few crooks in the society take us for rough ride.
Whoever the traditional overlord is, let him understand that he has not the power that he is arrogating to himself. He has no right to intervene in Kumawu chieftaincy issues. I can challenge him on this by researched facts and documents.
Please God, how long will you sit and watch while a mortal human being defies your wish of bestowing favour upon whom you have chosen? Have you not said in Isaiah 42:8, thus, “I am the LORD; that is my name! I will not give my glory to anyone else, nor share my praise with carved idols?”. Why then has a traditional overlord arisen in Ghana to make life difficult for many, especially the people of Kumawu, claiming that he has authority to do whatever pleases him, in defiance of your wish, yet he goes scot free?
It is not about his sinfulness like almost any other human being but his authoritative insistence that his wishes, but not yours, must prevail always.
Kumawuman citizens, bear in mind that God is with you, He has not abandoned you so keep praying and have faith in Him. Those wicked traditional overlords and their accomplices you see today, will sooner be there no more!
Take consolation in Exodus 14:13 – Moses answered the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again”
It is not over, until it’s over!
