Ghanaian actress and TV personality, Efi Odo has hit back at critics for lashing out at Hearts of Oak youngster Umar Manaf after he allegedly dropped his number to solicit funds.
The actress in a post on her Twitter page earlier on Wednesday morning posted that she was giving out cash to 10 of her followers.
A handle with the name of Umar Manaf was later identified as one of the people who dropped their numbers in hopes of being selected by the actress.
The name of the Phobian caught the eye of many with some people indicating that he followed suit because maybe the club has not been paying its players.
Commenting on one Tweet that sought to disgrace Manaf, Efia Odo expressed her disappointment.
“Smh and what’s the problem if he asks for money. They aren’t playing any games at the moment so maybe he might need a little money. Thanks for making me notice I will definitely send him something. Ask and you shall receive. I’m sure you sef you dey bleed mpo”, the tv personality commented.
