VIOLENCE UNDER NDC WAS WORSE
Sometimes, one is made to strive to hive John Mahama from his extreme level of dishonesty in relation to his pronouncements in the course of his campaign tours.
His insatiable desire to come to power leads him to engage in what one would describe as selective amnesia when it comes to violent incidents which have occurred during elections.
The Incompetent One posits that culture of impunity in the Akufo-Addo administration has hit the rooftops and should be condemned by Ghanaians. Upon meeting the traditional leaders of Nkrankwanta, Mr. Mahama accused the Akufo-Addo administration of sponsoring violence in the country.
He recounted what he sees to be the numerous cases of violent skirmishes under the Akufo-Addo administration and adjudged same to be a heightened level of impunity by elements associated with the ruling party.
I find this line of argument of Mr. Mahama not in sync with similar and rather aggravating sorts of violent acts which became known to the Mills/Mahama administration.
It is difficult morphing his current position with the Chereponi’, Akwatia and Atiwa by-elections’ violence. Only a dishonest soul would deliberately sidestep the grievous violent incidents which happened under NDC and talk about another era.
Mahama has resorted to lying and churning half-truths and blatant lies. His desperation knows no bounds. He deserves to warm the permanent bench of opposition.
