Threats and Lawsuits Cannot Silence Abronye D.C., the NPP Regional Chairman for Bono East Region

The more an honest and daring person armed to the teeth with credible documental evidence is threatened with lawsuits, and threats on his life, the more he comes out firing the salvos. This is the case with Mr Kwame Baffoe, alias Abronye DC, the NPP Regional Chairman for Bono East Region who has been reported to the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department in Ghana to be investigated for alleged wrongful accusations levelled against former President John Dramani Mahama. Young Abronye DC shares the same audacious quality as the no-nonsense son of Kumawu/Asiampa soil, Rockson Adofo, when he is telling the truth standing on a mountain of credible proofs.
How true is the saying, “If a blind man threatens to cast a stone at you, it means he has his foot already standing on one”! Therefore, one has only to be careful if their threats of lawsuits do not shake the person threatened one bit, except when the accuser is only being ignorantly loudmouth for its own sake. However, this is never the case with Kwame Baffoe, alias Abronye DC.
It is very unfortunate that in my motherland Ghana, many people do not want to hear the truth told either because they are corrupt or they are ignorant. However, as ignorance is a disease, there is the obligation that those suffering from it are cured by any means possible. It is only by telling the truth without fear or favour, coupled with educating the masses that the injurious ignorance can be curtailed or mitigated, if not uprooted, from the system. Telling the truth hurts, and it hurts he who is the liar, but it has to be told if indeed, we want our country Ghana to prosper in order not to become subservient to any powerful foreign country baiting us with soft loans and inferior goods with intention to re-colonise us.
Abronye DC in telling the truth has stepped on the toes of a former “elected Ghana government official one” who has not taken it kindly to Abronye DC’s bravery to counter his purported many lies hence has decided not to suffer him kindly. He has reported him to the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) to be investigated.
I cannot get my head around this, although as a layman in the legal profession. If you are accused of a wrongdoing, a criminal commitment to be precise, do you report your accuser to the police to be investigated or you sue the accuser through your lawyer? Again, why not submit yourself (the accused) to the police for investigation to clear your name with the accuser becoming the principal witness? No, the best thing to do is to take the accuser to court rather than wasting time and police resources requesting the accuser to be investigated by the police but not you the accused.
Do we put the cart before the horse? No, the horse is placed in front of the cart to pull the cart hence the saying, “Don’t put the cart before the horse”. Why then is it that the accuser is the one to be investigated in this case instead of the accused? Does it make any logical sense to any rational being? If it does, it is not to me. Investigate the accused and if you need confirmation proofs, then call in the accuser to justify his accusations by submitting credible evidence. On the other hand, the police can invite the accuser to provide them with proofs to enable them prefer a charge against the accused but not investigating the accuser at the instance of the accused.
If the attempt to have the alleged classified unhinged mind (deranged or confused person), Abronye DC, investigated is to silence him from exposing the corrupt, politicians or persons in the country, I am afraid it has backfired already. When your cup gets full, and you continue to pour more water into it, it overflows. If you become too greedy, you end up getting exposed in the end by the least mistake you make. This could be what is happening between Abronye DC and the surely, sometime ago, “elected Government official one in Ghana”.
The battle ground is set to see who is “Atinga” if two “Atingas” lock horns in a fight to see which one of them is the stronger and indeed, holds the title of “Atinga”.
Again, it is feasible but oftentimes impossible, for serious crimes to take place in a Closed-circuit television (CCTV) coverage area with the cameras gone out of service for the entire duration that the crime takes place. Although the cameras can malfunction, all cannot go down at the same time unless it is the server going down. Here again, how can the numerous CCTV cameras, called surveillance cameras, fail to function before and during the entire duration it took former President Atta Mills to die so mysterious? Anyone can smell a rat here.
There is a true story, I shall not reveal the details but it happened in a western country, where a smart guy well versed in Information technology and knows how to use electronic devices so expertly, was manning a company’s CCTV control room. He turned out to be a thief without the management knowing. Whenever he was going to steal from a particular area in the building, he would disable all the cameras in the route he would take ad the area he was going. He did that for years until the management picked it up when they noticed that too much money was going missing from a machine in the area. There was another means used to catch him but not the cameras as they were always disabled whenever he was going to commit his crime. As promised, I shall not go into the details of this crime for some reasons.
Therefore, the CCTV cameras at Osu Castle or wherever the president was on that fateful day did not go out of service without someone intentionally tampering with it for reasons only best known to them. Abronye DC has a point here! He is spot on!
Those criminals back home in Ghana should not think they are clever to fool all Ghanaians the world over. There are some Ghanaian experts in various fields outside the country who can come out to counter certain claims same as I am doing in this publication.
American President Abraham Lincoln once said, “You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time”
Abronye DC is making relevant points in the video below.  I wish him good luck in his endeavours to ensure that nothing but the truth triumphs and prevails in Ghana. He has my absolute support and God blessings in fighting for the truth to prevail.
