NANA B ADVISES THE YOUTH: DON’T REDUCE YOURSELVES TO FORWARDING OR SHARING AGENTS, STOP CIRCULATING FALSE INFO ON COVID 19

The National Youth Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Boakye aka Nana B has cautioned the Ghanaian youth to desist from spreading false information about the COVID 19 as the country, in unison and sobriety, fight the pandemic.

Since the emergence of the virus, social media has been inundated with false news that have heightened the level of fear and panic among Ghanaians.

In a Facebook post, Nana B asserted that “in times like this, DO NOT reduce yourself to a forwarding or sharing agent where you share or forward any unwholesome information that come your way”. He, further admonished the citizenry to “stay blessed, safe and protected”.

Although Ghana has recorded 19 confirmed cases with one fatality, the Youth Leader is of the firm believe that Ghana will win the fight against COVID 19 stating that “we shall overcome this pandemic in name of Jesus. Amen”.
