Many a time when the NDC is questioned over certain things they roll out, some people berate us for being overly critical on them.
This seemingly ins urmountable COVID-19 pandemic is pummeling Ghana and the rest of the world with a force not experienced in recent history.
Ghana has been holding the fort in its fight against COVID-19. The Government has made sure that resources are available to deal with the pandemic.
The NDC, in a move many have criticized heavily, set up a COVID-19 Response Team constituting some 13 persons they claim have expertise in health related issues.
Many hoped to hear anything of a novelty they had in store for Ghana when they held a press conference. We were to be disappointed when they could not bring forth anything worthwhile for consideration.
Afia Pokua, Vim Lady, in a discussion with NPP and NDC panelists which had Kwaku Boahen representing the NDC.
Vim Lady asked Kwaku what new thing their team was bringing on board. He had these to enumerate;
2. Government should stop talking
3. Government should be transparent.
The above, according to a deputy director of communications of the opposition NDC, are the constituents of the new policy proposals from their party’s COVID-19 Response Team.
We may not have the powers of clairvoyance but we can see through this facade of their true, devilish intent.
