Hon Barbara Asher Ayisi Advises University of Cape Coast Basic School pupils
Yesterday, the 27th of June, 2019, the University of Cape Coast Basic School Pupils paid a visit to the Parliament of Ghana as part of their educational tour. As part of the visit, the Pupils met the Member of Parliament for Cape Coast North Constituency and Deputy Minister for Works and Housing, Hon Barbara Asher Ayisi.
The Cape Coast North Lawmaker used the opportunity and advised the 198 pupils who were on the trip. The Deputy Minister advised them to study hard and focus since education is the key for their future. She also counselled them not to devote their precious time for TV programs and other sort of programs that will distract their learning. Hon Barbara again, advised them to be obedient to their parents, teachers, the elderly and let respect, humility and honesty be part of their lives.
In conclusion, the Cape Coast North MP and Deputy Minister for Works and Housing encouraged the Pupils to work hard and become role models in the society.
The Pupils were grateful to the Cape Coast North lawmaker for her kind gesture and promised to learn hard.
