FLYING MONIES AMIDST A LOW TURNOUT OF CROWDS

Many a supporter of the NDC hoped to see seas of rambunctious faces lining the roadside upon the arrival of the Incompetent One.

Scores of people were seen cheering at the sight of him in Berekum, leading many to ask what accounted for the number of people who turned up.

While some were still mulling over the matter, we saw the Incompetent One throwing cash at the crowd, an event that drew hundreds closer to catch some of the flying GHS50 notes.

Political pundits have been asking themselves the question about why John Mahama would woo the people with GHS50 notes when visiting Berekum.

Berekum is traditionally NPP and there’s no way, not even in hell, for the NDC to make any meaningful impact in the elections as far as that enclave is concerned.

John Mahama was saved by the bell when there were reported cases of missing names in the register. His numbers kept diminishing as he toured the Bono East Region.

The embarrassingly low numbers needed to be salvaged somehow, and the exhibition exercise seemed to have offered the very platform for him to cut and run back to Accra.

His running mate experienced the worst forms of crowds as she was met with empty crowds in most part of the Central and Western Regions.

It was time to regroup. It was time to strategize. They went back to Accra, met and came up with this shameful money throwing strategy which was premiered at Berekum.

The truth of the matter is that, John Dramani Mahama is not close to his electoral strength now as he used to be in 2016. He is not on the grounds. The clarion call of the people has been to resoundingly vote for the Free S.H.S man and his parliamentary candidates in the 2020 elections.

He can entice the few people with cash to come outside to see him but he cannot coerce them into voting for him for they have already decided to vote for His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
