Fixing Education System: Mahama suffering from ‘loose talk syndrome’ – Abronye DC

The Bono Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe popularly known as Abronye DC, has descended heavily on former President John Dramani Mahama for promising to fix non-existence broken educational system in the country if voted back to power in 2020.

The former President made this pledge when he visited Bodi Constituency of the Western North Region to round up his three days tour of the region.

But in a statement issued and signed by the NPP’s controversial Chairman, Abronye DC warned Ghanaians against giving former President John Mahama any attention.

Abronye DC setting the records straight stated the former President has no credibility to talk about education because it was under his regime that Ghana experienced the worst educational system, adding, “but it is unfortunate he is today behaving as if he cares about the educational system”.

“Under the presidency of John Mahama, WASSCE students were learning in darkness . . . Under the presidency of John Mahama Senior Secondary Schools threatened to shut down because he was not paying their feeding grants . . ”

“Flowing from the above, it is clear that John Mahama does not care about the education of Ghanaians and that he is only suffering from the loose talk syndrome,” a portion of the statement read.
