The project covers the construction of 9 hospitals for the ministry of health us follows:

Memo signed by:

Hon. Kwabena Duffour, Minister of Finance
Lt Gen. Joseph Henry Smith, Minister of Defence.
Records from the infrastructure department of ministry of health indicate that, as of the Time John Dramani Mahama handed over power to Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo in January 2017, hospital projects were at various stages of completion as follows:
Twifo Praso District hospital:
January 2017 – 32%
2018 – 45%
2019 – 68%
2020 – 75 %
Estimated date of completion, June 2020.
Tepa District hospital:
January 2017 – 57%
2018 – 69%
2019 – 73%
2020 – expected final completion
Wa Regional hospital:
January 2017: 63%
2018 – 68%
2019 – Commissioned
Adenta-Madina District hospital:
January 2017: 35%
2019 – 75%
2020 – completed
It is instructive to note that successive governments have played various roles in establishing these facilities. Even most of what was handed over to Prof. Mills by the Kuffour led administration could not be completed by John Dramani Mahama until he handed over power in 2017.
It is therefore an act of desperation and public deception for political power, that will cause the NDC and John Dramani Mahama to claim exclusive ownership of these projects in these hard times.
