A volunteer group of the New Patriotic Party largely made up of law students and tertiary students from various universities stormed cape coast on Sunday 23rd November, 2020 to embark on a massive health walk.
The walk was organized by the volunteer group with the support of the Cape Coast Constituency Executives Of the NPP.
The walk according to the women organizer, was one of which had seen such large numbers in the constituency.
Prior to the walk, the group donated several items to the constituency including 2,600 NPP branded T- Shirts costing GhS 44,200.00, 1000 pieces of branded bottle water also costing Gh2,400 and cash.
According to the President of the Group Benjamin Gyewu Appiah Known as Benghazi, the gestures are meant to help the constituency capture the seat which currently has an NDC MP.
He further urged the constituency executives to use the resources in a judicious manner so as to benefit the party and reflect in the 2020 parliamentary and presidential results.
The Parliamentary candidate for the constituency further thanked the volunteer group for their kind gesture and showed praises on the group stating that Boom Boom 4 Nana is the only volunteer group that has donated such huge amount of money to the constituency. He pledged his support to win the seat to the Glory of God and the NPP.
