A Letter To Mahama

ARE THERE NEW NDC PEOPLE WHO WOULD RUN THE COUNTRY OR IT IS THESE SAME INCOMPETENT LOTS?

Dear John Mahama,

I made it a point not to waste my entire evening listening to you since I knew you wouldn’t come out with anything worthwhile.

You never proved me wrong. You were at your deceptive best as you ran riots with the issues you touched on.

You said an NDC government would create decent jobs and build a resilient economy. You said you would pay all depositors whose monies are yet to be paid within one year upon your assumption of office.

You said you would make conscious efforts to give true meaning to the independence nature of institutions like the EC and the Auditor General’s Department.

Much to my repulsion, you indicated that those who have downgraded the efficiency and efficacy of your choice as a running mate and her competence are misogynists. We shall come to this later.

With the passage of time, I will deal with each of the items you have enunciated. Your uninspiring delivery leaves sour tastes in the mouths of discerning minds.

Your delivery was andropausal, at best. It lacked substance as most of the promises contained therein are too superficial to be swallowed by well-meaning Ghanaians.

It beggars belief that you went on such a sententious and lofty promising spree about what an NDC government would do should Ghanaians vote for you.

It begs the question; Are there other NDC people who are competent in managing the affairs of the country we have not experienced before? It is as though the people you talk about are some members of your party who have been hiding from us all this while.

Uncle, tell these to the marines. It is the same incompetent people who have peopled the NDC who would be managing the affairs of Ghana. We cannot entrust our destinies into the hands of a group of people who are sloths, deceptive, corrupt, incompetent and above all not having the welfare of the people at heart.

Boss, you said nothing new. You only told us the same old, empty rhetoric we have heard from you since you were benched. Your lamentations fail to ooze tears from our eyes because we know you to be the same Incompetent One.
