B/A REGIONAL ORGANISER CAUSING DISUNITY IN THE PARTY AT B/A
B/A CONSTITUENCY EXECUTIVES CALLS FOR UNITY IN THE REGION

The New Patriotic Party’s constituency executives in the Brong-Ahafo has described the recent happenings in the region as “unfair” and “discriminatory”. This follows a usual habit of the regional Organizer Mr Rashid Konlanbig whose acts, tends and actions is breeding disunity and discomfort among the constituency executives.

According to them, what’s worrying about the development is that all the regional executives mostly meet all constituency executives irrespective of their personal relationship with them, but however, Mr Rasheed Kolambig who is also vying for the bono regional chairman has made it a habit of always selecting some few party executives within the constituencies which according to them is a major factor causing disunity among party members.

The call comes after the regional Organizer met a section of the constituency executives across the region neglecting the rest of the executives.

In an interview with the media in Berekum, the aggrieved executives claimed the regional Organizer met all the constituency organisers in Berekum and shared monies to them ignoring the other constituency members, a move they claimed is causing disunity among party executives and members.

They have however called on the party hierarchy to adopt a positive and uniting spirit that can maintain and retain all the parliamentary seats in the region ahead of 2020 elections.
