Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane was keen to concentrate on the game and not the penalty decision following Real Madrid’s dramatic second leg against Juventus. The Frenchman made a big call to substitute Gareth Bale and believes it played a part in getting his side back into the match: “I took Bale off because we had to change it around. I wasn’t happy with the approach and it was not a question of Bale being a scapegoat, but the dynamic had to be changed.” (Marca)
