Ghanaians have been charged not to allow themselves to be used as catalyst to spark chaos in the upcoming November 7 general elections.

Ghanaians have been charged not to allow themselves to be used as catalyst to spark chaos in the upcoming November 7 general elections.

They have however been urged to rather be peace ambassadors of peace before, during and after the presidential and parliamentary contest.

The Rev. Minister of Trinity Congregation of the Presbyterian church at Akyem Nsutam in the Eastern Region, Rev Omanpe Siaw made the call at a Bible Quiz organised for church – member groups to ascertain the knowledge of members in the Word of God.

“We cannot trade our peace for chaos because of activities of some greedy and selfish politicians so we must all help to preach peace” He added.

Rev. Siaw also challenged the youth to demand justice from public officials instead of supporting them to cause confusion as well as other unacceptable behaviours.

“The youth must hold public officers accountable at all time and not render in to their selfish requests” He added.

Madam Vera Osei was however adjudged the overall winner and was given a Bible and a cash prize.
